Chef Brian's Mushroom Recipe Released!
Ok Pit Master’s Choice Fans… this is kind of a big deal. It’s a really big deal. Chef Brian is well known and sought out for his BBQ. He and his team are busy year round cooking up big quantities of food for big quantities of people… and his go-to meat is generally tri-tip. That’s why his Pit Master’s Choice Brand California Blend works just so perfectly on this specialized cut of beef. He knows what’s right, and he has personally crafted his seasonings to pair and enhance in just the right way.
But tri-tip is not his only thing… oh no. He’s got LOTS of other dishes that keep people coming back for more. Ale basted chicken, smoky gouda macaroni and cheese, his signature prime rib… where do we stop? But there is one particular appetizer that people truly rave about… It’s his mushrooms.
Mushrooms?
Yeah. Stuffed ones. There insane.
These things are memorable. They’re a conversation starter. They’re a conversation ender. They are just. that. good.
But now Brian is doing something that is a little crazy. I’m actually surprised by it, but he’s the boss!
He’s releasing his Famous Mushroom Recipe out to the world. Just out for anyone to have. Right now, no questions asked. WHAT?
So, without further ado… Here is that recipe you’ve been anticipating:
BRIAN’S FAMOUS MUSHROOMS
Two 8oz packs of fresh mushrooms
One 8 oz package of cream cheese
One 4 oz can of diced green chilies, mild
Two (2) Tablespoons Pit Master’s Choice Love Rub
Four (4) oz melted butter
Wash and dry mushrooms, remove stems gently. Neatly fill mushroom caps with cream cheese. Place in oven proof baking dish cheese side up. Top each mushroom with diced green chilies, then liberally sprinkle with Pit Master’s Choice Love Rub. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from baking dish and place on serving platter. Serve warm. This is great served with toasted French bread crostinis.
Welp, there you go fans! Surprisingly simple. Amazingly good. These would be great at any event, or just for fun with your own family.
